Dave Michels at Pin Drop Soup talks about the UC paradox – a great read with some neat insights on how presence is determined today and how it should probably be determined. Luca Filigheddu points out that Skype on iPhone is useless – I tend to agree, and his point is valid for any VoIP client. VoiceCon 2009 took place this month. Shell plans to eliminate desktop phones – I’ve already stated my view on this: don’t take my desktop phone. Garrett Smith has a very interesting post about VoIP and unlimited cellular plans.
